Delivery Time: 2 to 3 working days.
Pre-Acceptance:  Customers are allowed to open and inspect the order before the courier leaves and may refuse acceptance at that time.
General Return Window:  7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Eligibility for Return:  Item must be unused and in the same condition received, with all original tags/packaging. 

Reasons for Return:  Accepted for items with a manufacturing defect. 

Return Process:  Request must be initiated with customer service. Courier pickup will be arranged within 5 working days of approval.
Refund: We will refund your payment directly to the method you used to purchase.
Return Shipping Cost:  Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return.
